Kek Pisang Coklat menggunakan Periuk Nasi 🍌🍫🍰

Bahan-bahan (ingredients)

🔶3 biji pisang (3 banana)
🔶2 biji telur (2 eggs)
🔶1/3 blok mentega dicairkan (lebih kurang 80g) — 1/3 block of butter melted (around 80g)
🔶1/2 cawan gula (1/2 cup sugar)
🔶1 sudu kecil bikarbonat soda (1 tsp bicarbonate of soda)
🔶1 sudu kecil tepung penaik (1 tsp baking powder)
🔶1/2 sudu kecil garam (1/2 tsp salt)
🔶1 cawan tepung gandum (1 cup wheat flour)
🔶1/2 cawan serbuk koko (1/2 cup coco powder)
🔶1/2 cawan coklat masakan (1/2 cup cooking chocolate)


Nota : 
1. Sapukan mentega pada periuk nasi. 
2. Tekan button Cook. 
3. Kemudian bila dah bertukar ke Warm.
4. Biarkan rehat selama 20-25 minit. Ulang step ni lagi sekali. Tempoh “cook” mungkin tak sama untuk setiap periuk nasi. So just make sure total cook+warm tu lebih kurang 50 minit.

Note : Coat the rice cooker with butter. Switch to Cook mode, and once the rice cooker turns to Warm..let the cake rest for 20-25 minutes. Repeat this process for one more time. The “cooking” period is different from one rice cooker to another. Please ensure that the total cook+warm period is around 50 minutes.
